Andrea Abernethy is an experienced Senior Career Consultant with Careerminds and founder of a private coaching business, Career Consulting by Andrea, she has successfully coached hundreds of clients from entry level employees to senior executives.   She is a Master Professional Development Instructor for the Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood Education at University of Delaware and a Student Coordinator for Chester County Futures, teaching, coaching and inspiring first generation college students to go on to college to pursue their dream job or career.  Andrea is a University of Delaware graduate and has over 20 years of experience in the education field teaching, directing,  developing and assessing curriculum, also founding and managing a small business for over ten years.
